For many people, beach vacation homes are a getaway from every thing and they may spend the entire summer season living within walking distance of the beach. With some located on the beach itself, they use the home for their family vacation as well as a place to get away any time of the year they choose. Rental prices are determined by the location of the property and the time of year – a property on the beach front will be worth more than one a short walk from the breach, and at peak times, prices can get quite high.
